Well I know it has been far too long since we have sent an update…or actually maybe this is our first!

Anyway, we wanted you to know how pleased we are with how Zoe is turning out.  She is growing more beautiful everyday and her temperament and lovable personality fit with her looks just perfectly!  She is a joy and a little lover.  Lazy at home, which is perfect, but did an excellent job hunting on her first pheasant trip last week.  She seems to be very birdie and did quite well for only being 8 months old.  She shows a lot of promise and we look forward to seeing what kind of pups she produces someday!

Snow Day!!!

Oh yes, this is Minnesota at it's best. :) LOOK AT THE SNOW! We got all of this in just one day! A little bit of an inconvenience as we were snowed in an entire day, and my brothers went into the ditch and got stuck in a snowbank all in less than 24 hours (they're fine, so I can't help but think that's a little funny...) :) but otherwise, pretty exciting! This morning when I woke up everything was so gorgeous though....yesterday it was blizzarding and overcast all day so it was hard to see the entire beauty of the snow, but not today. With the sun shining brightly on the miles of pure white, it just gives me this warm thankful feeling to live where I do. Come on Christmas, I'm ready for you now!

The other fun thing is that the dogs had an absolute blast bounding through the snow this morning (or trying to!). The snow is as deep as they are tall in some places! But here are some pictures of our morning. Enjoy!
