Grace/Frosty Puppy

Well I know it has been far too long since we have sent an update…or actually maybe this is our first!

Anyway, we wanted you to know how pleased we are with how Zoe is turning out.  She is growing more beautiful everyday and her temperament and lovable personality fit with her looks just perfectly!  She is a joy and a little lover.  Lazy at home, which is perfect, but did an excellent job hunting on her first pheasant trip last week.  She seems to be very birdie and did quite well for only being 8 months old.  She shows a lot of promise and we look forward to seeing what kind of pups she produces someday!

Snow Day!!!

Oh yes, this is Minnesota at it's best. :) LOOK AT THE SNOW! We got all of this in just one day! A little bit of an inconvenience as we were snowed in an entire day, and my brothers went into the ditch and got stuck in a snowbank all in less than 24 hours (they're fine, so I can't help but think that's a little funny...) :) but otherwise, pretty exciting! This morning when I woke up everything was so gorgeous though....yesterday it was blizzarding and overcast all day so it was hard to see the entire beauty of the snow, but not today. With the sun shining brightly on the miles of pure white, it just gives me this warm thankful feeling to live where I do. Come on Christmas, I'm ready for you now!

The other fun thing is that the dogs had an absolute blast bounding through the snow this morning (or trying to!). The snow is as deep as they are tall in some places! But here are some pictures of our morning. Enjoy!

Sam and Sadie

Sam and Sadie (previously Clifford and Ginger) are happily settled in their new home, and it sounds like they are loving it! Jennifer and Craig decided to adopt two puppies from Moxie and Dunbar's litter as a surprise for each of their boys (as one wanted a girl puppy, and the other wanted a boy...). :) What a fun surprise, and we wish Craig, Jennifer and family all the best with their new puppies!

Penny at home...

Penny is with her new family now, and doing wonderful! We have 4 other sweet puppies going home this week...there are 3 boys still available though, just waiting for the perfect homes! :)

Things are going GREAT with Reese (Penny)  We absolutely love her and so does our other pup, Rilee.  Reese is such a snuggler, it is the best!! I attached some pictures so you could see her :) Thanks so much!

Moxie and Dunbar's Puppies ~ 5 week old video!

Here are Moxie and Dunbar's beautiful fox red babies at 5 weeks old. They are so precious, and at such a fun age! Enjoy the video....

Here is a short description of each puppy....

Sparky is one of the darkest red males in the litter, and has a fantastic stocky, big build and beautiful little block head. He has a very laid back personality, and loves to cuddle.

Rusty is a medium fox red color with a very very stocky build also, and has jet black pigment that really compliments his boxy head nicely. He, too, has a sweet and laid back personality, but also loves to play.

Blaze is another one of the darker boys, with a big build (I think he's the tallest puppy...) and an adorable face. He has such a loving personality, very frisky, yet one of the best cuddler's of the whole litter.

Clifford is one of the darker red boys, and has a thick, short build. He has got the biggest, most beautiful eyes that I think I have ever seen in a puppy, and has this way of looking you strait in the eye and just stealing your heart. He's calm and sweet.

Rocket is medium red with dark pigment and a thick, shorter build. He is such a lover, very very calm yet playful with overall a delightful personality that we've all totally fallen in love with.

Copper is medium fox red with very dark pigment and a very thick and stocky build. He has such a cute expression, and beautiful head. He is calm, yet very playful and always cuddly.

Ginger is dark fox red with a thick build, and beautiful boxy head. She loves to play with her brothers and sisters, yet loves to cuddle and is always always always wagging her adorable little tail.

Penny is dark fox red with a thick, short build and super dark red head. She is calm and sweet, yet loves to have a good romp with her siblings. She is such a sweetheart.

All of the puppies have been played with since day one and are well socialized by our family. We love puppies here, and even though it's hard to see them leave, we love to see them go to good homes!

Moxie and Dunbar's Puppies ~ 2 Weeks Old

Here are a few pictures of the little darlings. :) They are so precious, and are at such a sweet age ~ just learning how to walk on all fours and starting to play a little. It's so cute, they'll play ever so quietly and gently (because that's the only way they know how to play right now...) for about 3 minutes, then they'll all conk out for a good hour or two. :) The boys were having fun playing with them as well....
