3 Week Preview Pictures :)

Today our pups are 3 weeks old! Here are some pictures I took yesterday as "3 week preview" pictures. You'll get the real thing soon though. :) I will hopefully be taking the pups 3 week pictures today, and hopefully get them posted on here soon as well. Enjoy your preview!

12 Day Photo Shoot

 These pictures were taken when the puppies where 12 days old. They are so precious, and are growing so fast! Kyah's eye's are already open, but they weren't when we took these pictures. :( I'll try to post more soon...

Puppies and Children

My nephews, David and Scott, just love the puppies. Actually they really love all of our dogs. :) They are so sweet and gentle with the puppies though, it's really fun to watch them. Here are some pictures...

Handmade puppy collars

We make our puppy identification collars by hand. We choose a different color for each pup, and then braid that color yarn together for their ID tag (it looks really adorable. :). We really like this method and I would say the only thing that you may want to consider is that the yarn does fray eventually, but our puppies grow so fast and we have to change the collars so often that it doesn't really matter! Here are some pictures of our handiwork. (Carl and I, Ruth, made these.)

Puppies!!

Grace had her litter of 8 puppies on the 8th of August, 2011!! She had 4 boys and 4 girls! We are so excited, these puppies are going to be (and already are!) gorgeous and adorable! They are almost all an ivory/cream color, but we have one male and one female that are more of a pretty, light, yellow. These puppies are top of the line puppies for very reasonable prices. Sad News...

It breaks my heart to write this, but it must be done. I'm afraid that, due to unfortunate circumstances, all of Zoe and Samson's puppies have passed away. We love all or our puppies, even those who were never born, and are in deep mourning. We are trusting that God has a plan and that he knows what's best... 

Our Expecting Mommies

Both Zoe and Grace's pregnancy's have been confirmed, and we are excitedly anticipating their puppies' arrivals! It looks like Zoe will be having a good sized litter, and Graces will probably be medium to smaller. It's weird for us to have two dogs pregnant at once! But it's fun too, especially because Grace is Zoe's daughter. 


My nephews, Mathias and Holden (3 and 2 years old), were over this morning and helped us feed our "puppies". I told Mathias that we would be having baby puppies soon, and he was so excited! Here is a picture of him feeling Zoe's baby belly ~

Me ~ "Do you feel her babies Mathias?"
Mathias ~ "Oh! Yes I do! They feel good."
